Each winter for several years, I’ve wanted to make a record of guitar improvisations and experiments. There’s something about the winter that makes me embrace the quiet, introspective guitar music I often perform live in concert. Thus, this record was born.
Recorded at my parents’ house on Monday, January 2, 2006.
“6 strings for a winter’s day” is a limited-edition record featuring a hand-stamped vellum overlay, printed cardstock cover, and hand-stamped CD-R.
